“The shooting championship is aimed at evaluating athletes to what extent the achievement has been achieved so that data on the achievements of athletes in each region can be obtained. The best practice is to compete,” said the man who also serves as Head of General Affair Unit (Kasum), as reported by Inews.id.

For now, Joni explained, Perbakin has started Pelatnas, in order to sharpen the athletes’ abilities towards the 2021 Tokyo Olympics.

“PB Perbakin has now called potential athletes from various regions to participate in training coaching (Binlat),” he said.

In Pelatnas shooting, Joni added, including the PB Perbakin program, which is coaching unlimited long-term training.

“For that, I hope that all athletes can be motivated to achieve more optimally,” he said.

The 2020 TNI Commander Cup Shooting National Championship lasts for five days, 23-27 September 2020 in several places. Such as the PB Perbakin Senayan shooting range, the Kostrad Cilodong shooting range, the Paskhas Halim Perdanakusuma 1st Wing shooting range and the Marine Puslatpur shooting range Antralina Sukabumi. In addition, there are 12 shooting range clusters throughout the provinces in Indonesia and three places abroad, including India and Kazakhstan.

The 2020 National Military Commander Cup Shooting Competition was attended by the TNI and civilians with a total of 1,696 people. In details, 1,207 participants and 489 other supporters.
