“They are young karateka who have been able to excel in bringing the names of Indonesia and North Sulawesi to the world level,” he said.
Furthermore, Ascke conveyed that he would never stop providing tiered coaching for these young athletes, in order to continue to provide motivation and encouragement for them to excel.
“As the coach, I am very proud of all of you. I hope that with this achievement, you can spur more achievements in other championships, “he said.
On the other hand, one of the team coaches, Hendrik Mardjuki, stated that the achievements that have been achieved by these young North Sulawesi karateka cannot be separated from government interference in the regencies and provinces.
“Support from the government is also very important, and we feel it as long as our students participate in this championship. We will certainly continue to do our best for other championships,” concluded Hendrik.
